Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. All our garments are made from either sustainable and recycled materials or rescued deadstock fabrics, that would have otherwise been sent to landfill.

CONSCIOUS PRODUCTION
We believe that designing a fashionable collection is essential, but the process of production is more important to ensure the final product is of high quality. We are strong supporters of mindful consumption, meaning that all our garments are constructed to last.
We create limited edition collections often, but this doesn't mean we mass-produce clothing with a weeks turnaround time. Each design is produced in limited quantities and we keep very little stock. We embrace slow fashion and concentrate on producing clothes that have a long lifecycle, lasting beyond a single season.
OUR FACTORY
There are many people involved in the entire process of a clothing collection and often they work under terrible conditions. That’s why we built our own family-run ethical factory in Europe where all our employees are fairly paid and offered flexible hours.
We value and take care of our workers as people are one of the most important assets of any business. We are strong supporters of #fashionrevolution. Because all of our resources are in-house, including manufacturing, it makes things a lot easier when it comes to achieving our aim of being a 100% sustainable brand.

OUR FABRICS

how we source them
We partner with fabric suppliers who share our mission of sustainability and transparency.
To keep our supply chain as sustainable as possible we source materials exclusively from the UK and Europe and make sure there’s no unfair or unsafe labor that goes into making the fabrics we use.

TYPES OF FABRICS WE USE
We use ethically and responsibly produced fabric blends of silk, recycled polyester and cotton.
Silk is a natural fabric produced by silkworms.
Satin, is the weave of a fabric.
The polyester we use in our fabric is made of recycled yarns.

HOW THE FABRIC IS MADE
The silkworm feeds on mulberry leaves and spins its cocoon out of silk fibres. Once the moth has left its cocoon, the fibres are steamed and spun into silk. This is what we use in our silk fabric blends.
For a material to be labelled as satin, it has to be composed of long filament fibres – natural silk, polyester, nylon or rayon – woven together with a minimum number of interlacing.

OUR PACKAGING
Each piece comes beautifully gift-wrapped in organic tissue paper in a signature branded cardboard box, which makes it the perfect eco-friendly gift! We've kept our labelling simple and effortless. Our care labels are made from organic printed silk and hang tags from white premium paper, attached to our garments with a piece of our white silks.
